By accessing and using NebulaCode's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

NebulaCode provides lead generation services through various advertising channels and platforms. Our service includes:

• Lead identification and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Customer support and consultation

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must contact our sales team and be approved for our program. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a per-lead model with rates varying by advertising channel and service tier:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due monthly in advance. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Lead Quality and Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality leads that meet your specified criteria. However, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes. Lead quality is determined by our qualification process, and disputes must be reported within 48 hours of lead delivery.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for:

• Illegal activities or purposes
• Spamming or unsolicited communications
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Impersonating any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NebulaCode and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NebulaCode, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
